What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.
- Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- If you wish to reschedule, you must give us at least a weeks notice for your deposit to be transferred to a new date.
- Cancellations or significant design changes made with less than a weeks notice will require a new deposit to rebook.
